The nudist beach of Katwijk is also accessible via the Wassenaarseslag. Then turn right to the north. Nude recreation already occurs at some distance from the beach entrance. The "official" tolerance area is about 2.5 km away.

The Uitwateringskanaal in Katwijk on the north side. A few times a year, during the bathing season, during heavy rainfall, raw sewage is discharged into the sea. Particularly on the north side of the boulevard, the bathing water quality can be unsatisfactory. Fortunately, the nudist beach area is at a good distance (3 km).
