The Zevenhuizerplas, north of Rotterdam, is part ofthe Rottemeren recreation area. The lake was created by sand extraction andrecently doubled in size. The recreational beaches are located on the north side of the old lake.Nude recreation is allowed in a somewhat shielded area.
In the 2019 season, the nudist beach on the west side is separated from the textile beach by a wooded bank. The area is signposted.
There is a (mobile) toilet on the nudist beach, there are none otherwiseServices. The restaurant is located on the textile beach De Strandgaper present.
The beach has a sunbathing area with a sandy beach.
The bathing water has a demarcated area with a maximum depth of1.5 meters. Outside the demarcated area, the bathing water quickly becomes deep.
