The bathing water can be reached via a number of jetties. The bathing water, deeper than 2.00 meter, is only suitable for experienced swimmers.

There was a lot of flooding behind the nudist beach. With the drought of 2018 and 2019, the flooding is not too bad at the moment.
De Potten has an open connection with the Sneekermeer.

The textile beach has been considerably reduced due to the arrival of the water cable ski run. There are also some play equipment here.
