Nudist beach Berendonck

The nudist beach has only recently been sown and therefore seems a bit bald. There are also many stones on the nudist beach, which are cleared as much as possible by a group of volunteers. For photos of the old nudist beach look here.
Free parking on the parking lot on the Staddijk opposite the Tennis club Smash 70.
Go through the tunnel under the A73.
The Berendonck recreation area is on the other side of the road. Follow the cycle path, as indicated on the Route page.
Go left at the first exit. This is the way to the sauna.
Continue straight on at the new sauna at the roundabout.

Right at the end. This is the path that leads to the nudist beach.
The nudist beach is marked with a low fence. There is a bicycle shed just before the nudist beach. There is an entrance only on this side.
Bicycles are kept away from the site by a U-shaped entrance and must be placed in the bicycle shed. In front of disabled people there is a gate, one of which is for a fee a deposit can be obtained from the manager of the Berendonk. The nudist beach.
Due to the earthen wall, which was constructed to reduce the view of the sauna, the existing swimming entry point has been canceled.
Behind the earthen wall lies the new sauna.
The sandy beach with the bathing water. Please note: the bottom runs steeply, eg the water is only suitable for experienced swimmers. There is no swimming area delimited by a floating line.
In the meantime, after a lot of insistence on this site, there is a warning sign.

The other side of the approximately 30 meter long sandy beach.
In the clear water the depths close to the side are clearly visible.
The undergrowth removed from the trees and provides shady spots; ideal on a hot summer day.

The continuous unpaved path is closed due to the low fencing.
The alternative is parking at the official parking of the Berendonck. Access to the Berendonck (paid parking).

Along the textile section to the nudist beach (the asphalt path has since been replaced by a concrete path.
Follow the concrete path past the fence. (viewing direction opposite to walking direction).
Follow the path on the banks of the lake.
Turn left at the first exit. The next exit on the right. Here you arrive at the first described route.
On the other two headlands, the area has become very open to discourage nude recreation here. Nudes are also fined and maybe the case comes to court. In the past, the Public Prosecution Service has often been unable to demonstrate that an area is not suitable for nude recreation.
